Shipping

Deliveries are made with Speedex within 1–3 business days.

The shipping cost for orders within Greece is €3.00.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track it at www.speedex.gr.

For international orders, shipping is made via ELTA (Hellenic Post) and delivery is completed within 9 business days from the shipping date.

Returns

If the product you received is not what you expected, you may return it within 5 days from delivery and exchange it for another product of your choice.

Products must be in their original condition and unworn (except for fitting).

All shipping costs and bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of products during return shipping.

Important:
Before returning any product, please contact us at artisajewels@gmail.com and provide the tracking details of your parcel.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order during the checkout process, you can simply select "Cancel" and the order will be stopped automatically.
For any other case, please contact us at artisajewels@gmail.com.

Earring Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewelry.

Αν επιθυμείτε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας αγοράς, μπορείτε απλώς να επιλέξετε «Ακύρωση», και η παραγγελία θα διακοπεί αυτόματα.

Για λόγους υγιεινής, δεν δεχόμαστε επιστροφές ή αλλαγές σε σκουλαρίκια και τρυπημένα κοσμήματα.
